Free Virtual Consultation

(30 min)

This can either be a Zoom or a phone call, where we can get to know each other and determine whether we're the right fit for one another!

Select the "Book a Free Call" option below to schedule your virtual consultation today!

Initial Intake + Postpartum Planning

(1 hr)

This will be our first official visit and will typically take place at any time during your third trimester.

This will be where we develop your postpartum plan, go over our contract, discuss your specific needs, and do a house tour. In-person is preferred for this visit, but a remote call can be accommodated as well!

Regular Visits

(3-6 hrs/visit)

The first visit can occur anywhere from a few days to a few weeks after bringing home a new baby.

Visits are booked anywhere from 1-3 days a week and must be booked in minimums of 3 hr blocks per visit. Some families request postpartum support for several months, and some may only need a few weeks - this is all up to you!

Timeline

This timeline will differ on an individual basis, but here's a little on what to expect.

A postpartum doula is a trained professional who provides evidence-based information on birth processing, infant feeding, soothing techniques, resource navigation, and emotional and physical recovery from birth.

Their care is individualized to meet the unique needs of each parent or family.

They nurture the parent(s), baby, and family, advocate for their needs, educate them without overwhelming them, and offer referrals to additional resources when appropriate.

The specific services I will provide you with are 100% up to you! I individualize every postpartum plan with you to make sure we are taking into account the ways that you best learn, the types of support that you feel are the most helpful, and will always leave room for wants and needs to fluctuate.
